Feeling Cheesy.... and am going to Tampa's Saturday market. Last night I could night find the words to describe Fontina Cheese. At first the creamyness hit my tongue but then I was lost once the herbaceous and fruity backtaste lingered. Like a good kiss, I was lost for words. Cheers, Gregorio
